Whole wheat flour of 100% ancient Sicilian durum wheat, grown in the Ragusa plateau, stone ground and packaged entirely in Sicily. It is a flour rich in nourishing fibers and is well suited to the most varied types of processing: hard bread, pizza, focaccia, biscuits, fresh and dry pasta.
